My name is Dan Ross and I am the owner of drsportfishing here in Costa Rica. I live in Jaco Costa Rica full time with my wife Emma and son Danielito. We fully enjoy the relaxed life style that this beautiful country of Costa Rica has to offer. I have found the people to be relaxed and laid back and so easy to get along with. 
The fishing here out-surpasses any other I have found. I have chased big fish in my home state of Oregon, in Alaska and in South America for the past 50 years and these large fish of Costa Rica; the blue marlin, sailfish, tarpon, tuna, dorado and many more are the kind of things that make life worth living.
I would be more then glad to share with you what I have experienced over the years and share with you everything I have learned about the sport of fishing within the small country of Costa Rica.
I have spent the last 15 year's teaching myself how to catch all these magnificent fish on a fly rods. There is nothing more exciting then to see the look on a clients face as a
500 lb. or even a 100 lb. blue marlin gets teased to the transom of the boat in an all out attack mode to eat your fly. I love to share this wild experience with my many clients. Please come on down and let me help you to get it done.
